![]() | Testimonial To The Wonderful KylieKylie has been my personal trainer since September 2011 and she has totally changed my attitude to exercise. I had been a member of the gym for 10 months and had visited it once! Since Kylie became my trainer I have not missed one session with her and have been at the gym every week. Although the sessions are challenging I look forward to each one. Every session is different which keeps things interesting and Kylie is such a joy to work with you would not want to miss a session. With Kylie's encouragement I have achieved goals and results I never thought possible and amazingly I still want to achieve more. I have lost almost 11kg and my overall measurements have reduced by 42cm, not to mention that my fitness levels have improved hugely. None of this would have been possible without Kylie's help and expertise.I cannot emphasise enough what a lovely girl Kylie is and I am so glad she was recommended to me. ![]() | Zac is my first Personal Trainer - ever. He was a great place to start, because he made me feel like I was one of his friends, not just a client. During my time with him he has taught me how to be more aware of my body and the things that will benefit it. I’ve lost 10 kilos so far, and have toned up massively. I’m still a long way from my ultimate goal, but the things I’ve learnt from Zac will help me get there. He’s armed me with the tools and confidence to continue my workouts, even when he’s not there. I can’t thank Zac enough for his time and commitment to my training. ![]() | I will be disappointed not to be continuing my personal training with Ivan beyond March this year.For about the last eleven months I have been benefitting from Ivan’s knowledge and skills, and achieved personal goals that I could never have anticipated even setting for myself, let alone hitting. Having always been a team player, setting individual targets has never been that easy. However, with him on side, it feels like a team sport. Ivan’s dedication to my cause has been an enormous motivation, and it really does feel like “personal” training. His enthusiasm has never waned over the entire period, and although mine may have at times, he didn’t allow that to last long. In addition, he actually knows what he is doing, pushes as far he can (and a little bit more), and sets a good example. Most importantly, the whole experience has been fun, both for me, and for those who have watched our numerous sessions. ![]() | I would like to take this opportunity to write about my excellent trainer Ivan whom I've been seeing since May. I initially joined the gym to lose weight and tone up however, by going to the gym by myself I was achieving very little. I received a free session with Ivan and in the first ten minutes I knew that I wanted to train with him.I literally started noticing improvements in my body in the first month and am so happy with the continuous changes that I'm experiencing, my fitness levels have also increased dramatically. I enjoy training with Ivan for many reasons but one of the things I like the most is being pushed each and every week, he is so motivating/encouraging that you just want to push yourself and I think that he is more aware of what im capable of than I am. Each session is different and Ivan's 'unique' personality makes each session so much fun. The training techniques I learn in each session I am able to utilise in the gym when on my own. ![]() | Hi my name is Gabriella. I have been training with Aaron from Your PT Expert since September. Thanks to him and a carefully constructed eating plan from my nutritionist, I have lost over 7 Kgs! - And there is still potential for more! I have really enjoyed training with Aaron and have found it quite motivational for myself. I was in abit of a slump with my efforts at the gym and even though I was eating pretty healthy and trying different diets, I wasn't able to budge the kilos. While I was experiencing this slump, my sister was training with Aaron, and she was getting some great results. I got a bit jealous and so I decided to give personal training ago agan, in combination with a nutritionist. And what a difference it has made!! My motivation has increased, and I feel much better about myself. I am toning up in all areas, losing weight and increasing my cardio capabilities. The best thing though is I can look in the mirror and see the results, and people are starting to comment on how healthy I am looking. One of the things I enjoy most is being pushed to the limits every week. I don't know what it is, but when training with Aaron something inside of me just wants to keep going and proving that I can do it, no matter how exhaused my muscles are getting. I just want to keep on trying and I think that is because Aaron is there encouraging and supporting me along the way, and I want to prove I am better than the benchmark. Another benefit has been that the training techniques I learn in my weekly session, I can use when I gym on my own which breaks the usual routine up. It has been and continues to be one of the best investments I have made for myself in the last year. ![]() | I’ve been training under Aaron for the past nine weeks. When I first started I made a goal of attempting of fifty pull-ups. I now realise how wonderfully intelligent that goal is (insert sarcasm), I could barely do two proper ones when I first started, now I am a lot better at them and the goal is still a far way away but it’s looking achievable now.Aaron is a great trainer he pushes you to that point then, helps you go that little bit further...then when you are just dead...a bit more!!!!! Something i could never have done on my own though. His instructions are very helpful and easy to understand. Also every session is different I think I have something down one week then next time its five times harder. I have noticed a fairly big difference in what I used to look like and now I had to buy some new shirts as I ripped my old ones i was 80-83kg before now I’m steady 85-87kg but my fitness has improved, basically I feel awesome. I want to keep improving though. ![]() | Thank you for the opportunity to talk about my training sessions with Ivan. He is beyond a doubt, the best trainer I have ever had! He is funny and likeable but also, he really knows his stuff. I felt changes in my body within a few days of starting with him, and started actually seeing the changes within a few weeks. My fitness levels have also increased dramatically. I achieve more with Ivan in half an hour than I do in a 60 minute class. ![]() | I have been training with Ivan since March, and have been really impressed with him as a trainer. He is a punisher, who pushes me way harder than I would push myself, and makes me lift stupidly heavy weights. He will now have to make one of his other clients fitter so he can punish them, as he has done me for the last several months. I do hope to start up again in three or four months, and hope not to have lost to much muscle and condition just training myself. ![]() | I'm really happy with how things are going with Ivan - he has pushed me way out of my comfort zone and I'm fitter now than I've ever been in my life (and I was really unfit at the start). I also like the accountability factor because he can tell whether his clients have done any exercise in between sessions. People are commenting on how well I look, which is really spurring me on and I should reach my goal well ahead of my target of the end of the year.
