Read what David Parrick and Katrina have to say about the trainers at Your PT Expert...

I started a short term PT training program with Ivan Gavranic prior to going overseas and WOW has it been a blast. Ivan has challenged me every step of the way to first achieve and then exceed my initial goals. Ivans knowledge of just how far you can, and should push yourself is excellent and the constantly changing workouts mean you are never bored...stiff and sore yes, but not bored :)

If you are looking for a personal trainer I can highly recommend Ivan, and when I get back from travelling I will definitely be using him again.

My name is Katrina and I have just turned 50 years of age with 2 teenage daughters. I have never had a Personal Trainer and just prior to coming to Jason I had just given up smoking after 20+ years and had no exercise program or guidance to keep fit and healthy.

I have been coming to Jason for about 6 months now, twice a week and have to say the most enjoyable thing about training is I feel every muscle he has worked in that 30 minute session, I know everything we do is working on a group of muscles that have been dormant for sometime ! I always go home feeling I have achieved something I thought I could never do and I can do that because I know Jason will push me to my limits and keep me focused.

The results I have seen has been the way I fit into my clothes now. I am feeling more toned and so much fitter than when I first started, I have come so far in just how I feel Im very happy.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend any of my friends to train with Jason, he varies the sessions all the time so you never get bored, he constantly encourages and inspires you to do better and reach for that next level. He is very professional and gives you the confidence you need to push yourself. I think everyone should experience having a Personal Trainer, if it had not been for Jason I would never have known my true limits or capabilities or actually how to exercise properly and I thank him for that!
