It is important to realise that depression is more than just a low mood that we all feel from time to time, it’s a serious illness. Those with depression experience these feelings intensely, for long periods of time, and often without any reason for it. They find it hard to complete day to day tasks due to lack of energy, and motivation. People use various coping strategies to improve depression, some of these methods harmful, including drinking, drugs, and even suicide. As an alternative to these, exercise can be a natural way to improve symptoms of depression.

It refers to a process in which a group or individual "systematically uses manipulative methods to persuade others to conform to the will of the manipulator. Many athletes use this method in their sport without any idea that they are. It may not be to the extent of Mind “Manipulation” but if an athlete was to take control of the mind then the athlete will also take control of the body.
